There was a fire last night that started around 9 pm in Lawler on Main Street. We were watching TV when William’s phone started to buzz. It was his friends asking about the fire that was in town. It sounded kind of bad so Daryl went to town to see what was going on. Then William went to town to also check it out. The flames were so high people in town said that they were above the trees! They’re not sure how it started but what everyone is saying is that you could even see the flames for miles in the country. We were worried that it was the restaurant (Hole in the Wall) but instead it was a couple of storage sheds. The wind was gusting around 25 mph so it could have spread real easy but thank goodness it didn’t. I took pictures this morning of the buildings.
